Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do accept returns (except customized orders) within 14 days for any reasons, please send it back for a refund or exchange. If your order was shipped for free under our free promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return.
